Well, all the way through this school holiday I have not slept until around 04:00 every day. In this second week I have thought of trying to get to bed earlier, but with no luck. Like tonight, I thought I was going to get to bed around 00:00 because I had done all I needed to do, but then something came on TV, then I was browsing the internet on my iPod Touch, and so on. Now I can’t sleep so I have put an episode of South Park on and started to write this article.
Without any need to get up in the morning I have no need to get to bed early, or they get out of bed early, so I am living a half existence, of getting to sleep past 04:00 and getting up at 14:00. Then from 14:00 watching TV and revising, then going on my laptop, then watching my daily programmes which takes me to about 00:00, then I end up browsing the internet, and that’s about where I am at the moment.
I need to get into a new pattern of getting to bed at 00:00 which is my normal schoolnight time, but without anybody telling me to get to bed, I just won’t, oh well I hope you are sleeping well.
