My Wacom finally arrived on Thursday, so I did a few drawings last night (once I got used to using it as a mouse replacement) so the first thing I had a go at was a hedgehog, it is not a bad drawing by my standards, but I suppose a computer can make anybody an artist.
I only used the brush and fill tool to make the hedge hog and grass (I copied and pasted the grass once or twice) and I used the oval tool to draw the ground. So after being really quite happy with my hedgehog, I moved onto something bigger and better. I found a picture of an attack monkey on the internet and set off copying it using the brush and fill tools again, that did take quite some time and I am very happy with the end result. But then I separated out his limbs so I could position him in different ways with only a few minor adjustments. So bellow is the final drawing but I will be doing much more with him in the future, maybe a bit of animation but I am not sure.
